Move-In Checklist

• Call to put power bill in your name (and end your previous address if needed)

• Have all your bills/ mailings changed to your new address

• Give your employer your new address

• Make sure you know your new garbage days and where to put the garbage

• Make sure to read over your lease to familiarize yourself with our policies

• Remember that we DO NOT allow nails, screws or tacks to be put in the walls. You WILL be charged for these. If you would like to hang curtains please contact us.

• Per your lease, renters insurance IS required. It is very affordable. Keep in mind that a landlord’s insurance DOES NOT cover any of your personal belongings. Please provide proof of renters insurance to us as soon as possible.
